Core packages include accommodation, guided experiences, and in-destination transfers. Flights, travel insurance, and personal spending are typically handled separately — we will outline exactly what is and is not included before you confirm.
We recommend booking 3–6 months ahead for popular destinations in peak season, and at least 8–12 months for once-in-a-lifetime trips (safaris, polar expeditions, etc.). That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests.
